3. a) Substance abuse by the youth is one of the dimensions of health. Identify eight control measures. (8 marks)
b) Evaluate six underlying causes of environmental degradation. (12 marks)

4. a) Highlight five organic and inorganic water pollutant contaminants. (10 marks)
(i) Distinguish between illiteracy and ignorance. (4 marks)
(ii) Highlight three responsibilities of security officers. (6 marks)
