How may a will be revoked.

• Another will or codicil: such will or codicil must manifest an intention to revoke the earlierwill.

• Destruction: a will is revocable by burning, tearing or otherwise destroying it with anintention to revoke it.
• Marriage: under sec 19 of the Act, the marriage of the testator revokes the will unless thewill is made with contemplation of a marriage with a specific person
