(b) Maslow’s theory proposes a hierarchy of human needs. Explain the ways in which an organization may satisfy the basic level needs to motivate its employees. (12 marks)

3. (a) Explain six ways in which an employee may positively cope with stress. (12 mans)
(b) Explain four ways in which a manager may contribute to con8icts in an organization.

4. (a) Essieni Enterprises has recently conducted a survey of its key publics. Highlight five reasons that may have made it necessary to conduct this survey. (10 marks)
