(b) Describe five main causes of illiteracy and ignorance in the society. (10 marks)

3. (a) Culture may be defined as a collection of traditions, values, policies, beliefs and attitudes that constitute as persuasive context for everything we do and think in our communities. Explain five types of retrogressive cultural practices in the Kenyan communities. (10 marks)
(b) Describe five main causes of poor health among members in the community. (10 marks)

4. (a) (i) Highlight five roles of security agents in maintaining law and order in the community. (5 marks)
